Collection: Somewhere South - Fine Art

Somewhere South is a celebration of freedom and authenticity, a journey through the untamed beauty of the southern United States and the rediscovery of my own boundless spirit. Along sunlit roads and under open skies, I found a world where truth didn’t need to be explained, where beauty existed simply because it could.

This collection grew from moments of pure connection—abandoned trucks whispering of resilience, wildflowers dancing in the sunlight, and waves offering a gentle, endless applause for the new day. It emerged in the midst of a personal transformation, as I shed the weight of a stifling job that sought to confine my light, distort my truth, and minimize my brilliance.

In creating this art, I embraced the simple yet profound realization that, like the landscapes I captured, I didn’t need to be redefined or validated to have value. My art is truthful as it is, beautiful as it is—an honest reflection of the South’s quiet power and my own unshakable freedom.

This is Somewhere South: a journey of liberation, where beauty flourishes in authenticity and freedom becomes a canvas for endless possibility.
